Children Achieving Maximum Potential
For 9th-12th grade youth who want to mentor and read to children and help them reach their maximum potential in mind, body, and spirit. Contact: Jason at 704.295.4837 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The mission of Freedom School CHAMP is to help elementary-age children at Dilworth Elementary Latta Campus achieve their maximum potential in mind, body, and spirit. It provides an atmosphere where 9th-12th graders (mentors) and 1st-5th graders can develop mutually caring relationships.
Please complete the form below to become a Freedom School CHAMP Mentor. Even if you were a mentor last year you need to submit a new application. Please apply now even if you can only do 2nd semester.
Filling out this application does not guarantee you a spot, Jason Rhymer or the Leadership Team will contact you if you are accepted.
